FAQ
Got questions?
What is Ascend?
Our free rewards program. You earn points on everything you buy, and every 1,000 points is $10 off.
How do I join?
Enter your email above and type in the code we send you. No password. Use the same email you check out with, because that’s how your orders find you.
I already bought something. Does it count?
Yes, if you ordered in the 30 days before you joined and used the same email. It’s added as soon as you sign up.
How do the levels work?
Everyone starts as a Riser. Spend $100 in 12 months to reach Ascended, and $300 to reach Apex. We count what you paid for products after discounts, not shipping or tax. Your level looks at the last 12 months, so it can drop if your spending does.
How do I use my points?
Once you’ve placed your first order, sign in here and turn points into a code. Each code works once, on one order, for 90 days. Use it on its own: it won’t stack with another discount.
When do my points show up?
As soon as your payment goes through. If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points from it come back off your balance.
