Ascend Rewards Terms

Who can join

Ascend is run by XYM HEALTH LLC for customers of TheLooksMaxxing. It is free. You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. One account per person. Your account is tied to your email address, and only orders placed with that email count.

Earning points

You earn 5 points per $1 as Riser, 8 points per $1 as Ascended, 10 points per $1 as Apex, on what you paid for products after discounts. Shipping, tax and tips don’t earn points. Fractions of a point round down. An order placed in the 30 days before you joined is credited when you join.

Bonus points: 250 for joining, 100 once for a face scan saved on the same email, 500 each for you and a friend you invite when their first order reaches $25, a birthday bonus once a year (250 as Riser, 500 as Ascended, 1000 as Apex), and a one-time level-up bonus (500 for Ascended, 1000 for Apex). Your birthday can be set once.

Levels

Your level depends on what you spent over the last 365 days: Riser from $0, Ascended from $100, Apex from $300. An order earns at the level you held before you placed it. Your level can go down as older orders fall outside that period.

Rewards Cash

Points can be turned into a discount code after your first paid order: 500 points for $5 off an order of $25 or more; 1000 points for $10 off an order of $40 or more; 2000 points for $20 off an order of $60 or more; 5000 points for $50 off an order of $120 or more. Each code works once, expires after 90 days, and can’t be combined with other product or order discounts. Spent points are not returned if a code expires unused. Points and Rewards Cash have no cash value, can’t be sold or transferred, and aren’t a gift card. Points don’t expire.

Refunds

If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points it earned are taken back in proportion. This can take your balance below zero, and later points pay that off first.

Changes and misuse

We can change or end Ascend, including rates and rewards, with 30 days’ notice. We can remove points earned by mistake or through misuse, such as fake accounts or self-referrals, and close accounts involved. Your data is handled under our privacy policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
