1. Sponsor

[SPONSOR LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [MAILING ADDRESS] (“Sponsor”), operator of TheLooksMaxxing.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families and households are not eligible. One account per person; duplicate or shared accounts are disqualified, along with any standing or referrals they generated.

3. Contest period

Begins November 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends May 1, 2027 at 12:00 AM ET (“Season”). Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

Visit thelooksmaxxing.com/scan, complete a free live camera scan, and register with a handle and a verified email address. There is no entry fee. Registering enters you in both contests below.

5. Counted scans

Only live camera scans completed during the Season with the on-screen liveness check passed are “counted.” Photo uploads are never counted. Only your first live scan per calendar day (ET) is counted; later scans that day are saved as practice.

6. Contest A — Most Improved ($2,500)

Each scan produces a Skin score (0–100) from under-eye brightness, tone evenness, surface texture and redness. Your baseline is the median Skin score of your first 3 counted scans; your final score is the median of your last 3 counted scans. Your gain is final minus baseline. To be eligible, at least 56 days (8 weeks) must separate your first and last counted scans. The eligible entrant with the largest gain wins; ties are broken by the higher final score, then by the earlier first counted scan.

7. Contest B — Invite Race ($2,500)

A referral counts when a person registers through your invite link and completes a counted scan during the Season on their own device. A scan from a device any other entrant has scanned on does not count. The entrant with the most counted referrals wins; ties go to whoever reached that count first. Referred people must be real, eligible, distinct individuals; Sponsor may contact any of them to confirm and will disqualify referrals, and the referrer, where they are not.

8. Verification

Before any prize is awarded, each potential winner must complete a live scan on a video call with Sponsor, show government-issued photo ID, and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where lawful). For Contest A, Sponsor may require the potential winner’s verification scan to be consistent with their final score. Any sign of manipulated scans, software, devices, images, lighting staged to depress a baseline, or fabricated referrals disqualifies the entrant, and the next-ranked eligible entrant is selected. A potential winner who does not respond within [7] days forfeits. One person may win both contests.

9. Prizes

Contest A: one prize of $2,500 USD. Contest B: one prize of $2,500 USD. Paid by [payment method] within [30] days of verification. Winners are responsible for all taxes; Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 and requires a W-9. No substitution or transfer except by Sponsor.

10. Privacy and biometric data

The scan runs on your device. Your camera feed, photos, and facial landmarks are never transmitted to or stored by Sponsor. Sponsor stores your handle, email, numeric scan scores (0–100), and a random device identifier held in a browser cookie (used only to apply the own-device rule in section 7). 11. Conduct

Sponsor may remove handles that are offensive or impersonate others, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the scan or the site. Scores are entertainment estimates, not medical, dermatological or aesthetic assessments.
