Refund policy

Thanks for shopping LookMaxxing. Because the products we sell are ingestible supplements, personal care, and beauty goods, every order is final sale. For safety and hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

 

The one exception is if something arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item. In that case email us at joe.schrank@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for results that vary from person to person. Results from any supplement or personal care product depend on individual factors and are never guaranteed.

 

You can cancel an order only before it ships. Once a tracking number has been created we can no longer stop or change the order.
