Get your code and link
You get a personal code and a link that applies it automatically. Drop it in your bio, your captions, your video descriptions, wherever your people already are.
Get paid monthly
Every order placed with your code earns you 15% of the product total. Balances are paid by the 15th of the following month once you clear $50.
No Fine Print

Commission
Of the product subtotal on every order that uses your code. Shipping and tax do not count toward it, and neither does the 10% your audience saves.
Their discount
Your code takes 10% off for whoever uses it. That is why people actually use it instead of buying direct, and it is why your numbers will beat a plain link.
Return hold
Commission is confirmed 30 days after the order ships, once the return window closes. Refunded or charged back orders come back out of the balance.
Payout floor
Paid by PayPal, by the 15th, for the previous month. Anything under $50 rolls forward to the next month instead of getting paid in pieces.

02You are willing to disclose. Every post that carries your code says ad or affiliate somewhere obvious. That is the law, not our preference.

03You do not invent results. No stolen before and after photos, no borrowed transformation clips, no claiming a serum did something it did not do.

04You actually use the products, or you are willing to. The people who earn the most here are the ones running the protocol on camera for 90 days.

05You are not running paid search on our brand name, spamming comment sections, or posting the code to coupon aggregator sites.

1. What this is
This is the agreement between you, the affiliate, and LookMaxxing, operator of thelooksmaxxing.com, covering the LookMaxxing Affiliate Program. By submitting the application form on this page with the acceptance box ticked, you agree to everything below. If you do not agree, do not apply.
2. Joining and approval
Applying does not make you an affiliate. We review every application and we can approve or decline any application for any reason. You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. Approval takes effect when we issue you a personal discount code, and it is that issuance, not the application, that starts the relationship.
3. What you earn
You earn 15% of the product subtotal on every completed order that uses your personal code at checkout. Product subtotal means the price of the products after your code's 10% discount is applied, and before shipping, taxes, duties and any gift wrapping. Orders that use a different discount code, including sitewide promotional codes, do not earn commission unless we say otherwise in writing.
4. How orders get credited to you
Credit is based on your personal code being applied at checkout. That is the only attribution method in this program. If a customer buys without entering your code, that order is not credited to you, even if you can show that you sent them. Codes are personal to you and may not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to anyone else.
5. Getting paid
Commission is calculated on completed orders and confirmed 30 days after the order ships, once the return window has closed. Confirmed balances are paid by PayPal by the 15th of the following month. Balances under 50 US dollars roll forward until they clear that threshold. You are responsible for giving us a working PayPal address and for any fees your side charges.
6. Refunds, cancellations and fraud
If an order you earned on is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the commission on it is reversed and deducted from your balance. Orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, self placed, placed by members of your household, or created to manufacture commission earn nothing and may end your participation.
7. How you may promote
You may promote the program on social media, on your own website, on your email list to people who opted in, and in your video content. You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, using a plain word like ad, sponsored or affiliate, placed where a normal person would see it before they click. This is required by the FTC endorsement guidelines and we will end the relationship over it.
8. What you may not do
You may not bid on LookMaxxing, thelooksmaxxing.com, or close variations as paid search keywords, or run ads that appear to come from us. You may not post your code to coupon aggregator or deal sites. You may not spam comments, DMs, forums or unsolicited email. You may not impersonate the brand, register domains or social accounts containing our name, or run a website that a reasonable person would mistake for ours. You may not place your code on sites containing adult, hateful, violent or illegal content.
9. What you may not claim
This one ends the relationship immediately, no warnings. Our products are cosmetics and dietary supplements, not drugs, and you may not say otherwise. You may not claim any product treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses any condition. Specifically: the hair serum may be described in terms of the look of thicker, fuller hair and never as regrowing hair or treating hair loss. The charcoal soap is a cleansing bar and never an acne treatment. The GLP 1 Support capsules may be described for digestion and bloating support and never for weight loss, and never in connection with any prescription medication or its brand names. You may not use before and after imagery that is not your own genuine, unedited result. You may not promise anyone a specific outcome.
10. Our brand
While you are an active affiliate we give you a limited, non exclusive, revocable permission to use our brand name and the product images published on thelooksmaxxing.com to promote the products. You may not alter our logo or labels, and you may not use the brand in a way that implies employment, partnership or endorsement of anything beyond the products. This permission ends the moment your participation ends.
11. You are independent
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner. Nothing here creates a joint venture. You are responsible for your own taxes. If you are a US taxpayer and we pay you 600 dollars or more in a calendar year, we will ask for a completed W 9 and issue a 1099, and we can hold payment until we have that form.
12. Ending it
Either of us can end this at any time, for any reason, with written notice, including by email. If you end it, or we end it for ordinary reasons, we pay out any confirmed balance you have earned on the next normal payout date. If we end it because you broke section 8 or section 9, or because of fraud, we may withhold unpaid commission. Your code stops working when participation ends, and any commission from orders placed after that point belongs to us.
13. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement, the commission rate, and the program terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after we post them on this page or email you, whichever comes first. Continuing to promote after that means you accept the new version. Commission already confirmed before a change is not affected by it.
14. No guarantees, limited liability
The program is provided as is. We do not guarantee any level of sales, earnings, uptime, or that the site or checkout will be free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected to this program is limited to the commission we paid you in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
15. You cover us
You agree to cover us for any claim, loss or cost that comes out of your own conduct, including your content, your claims about the products, your failure to disclose, or your breach of this agreement.
16. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon. This page is the entire agreement between us on this subject and replaces anything said before it.

Put it where people already are
Link in bio first, that is where most of it comes from. Then video descriptions, pinned comments, story link stickers, and your newsletter if you have one. Say the code out loud in the video too, because plenty of people will search it instead of clicking.
Lead with the protocol, not the product
The stuff that converts here is sequence content. The 06:30 to 06:40 morning run, the night routine, honest talking head takes on what you actually changed. Single product ads convert worse than a guy showing his four step morning. Point people at the protocol page and let it do the selling.
