Whey isolate blended with concentrate, 22 g of protein per serving, and the label tells you both. Most tubs that say isolate on the front are concentrate on the back.

ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Performance Whey Protein Blend is a chocolate whey powder delivering 22 g of protein per serving from whey protein isolate blended with whey protein concentrate, sweetened with stevia leaf extract instead of sucralose, with Solnul resistant potato starch as the fiber source. It is for the guy who trains regularly and wants a straightforward way to hit his daily protein number, after training or between meals. Two scoops in 8 to 12 oz of cold water, shake, done.
THE SCIENCE
Whey protein isolate is whey filtered further than concentrate, which strips out more fat and lactose and pushes the protein percentage higher. It costs more to produce, which is why so many performance blends quietly go concentrate only and let the word whey do the marketing. This tub blends isolate with concentrate, and both are named in the ingredient list. Whey is a complete protein that supports muscle protein synthesis after training.*
22 g of protein per serving is the number on the label. The label gives the total, not the isolate to concentrate ratio, so we will not put a ratio on it either.
Solnul resistant potato starch is the fiber source. Most protein powders reach for inulin because it is cheap, and inulin is a common cause of gas and bloating. Solnul does the fiber job without that reputation. Stevia leaf extract sweetens it, so there is no sucralose or acesulfame potassium in the tub. Pink Himalayan crystal salt rounds out the chocolate. Guar gum and xanthan gum are the thickeners that give it body in water instead of the thin, watery texture a straight isolate has.
WHAT IT WILL NOT DO
It will not build muscle on its own. Protein powder is food in a convenient format. If you already hit your daily protein target from meals, adding a shake on top does nothing extra. If you fall short, this is the cheapest and easiest way to fix it. Judge it the way you judge any protein source: by whether your total daily intake is where it should be, tracked over weeks, alongside the training that actually drives the result.
THE STANDARD
Every ingredient is named. The protein source is a whey isolate and concentrate blend, stated on the label, not a "protein matrix" that hides what it is made from. Natural flavors and stevia, no artificial sweeteners, no cheap inulin fiber, no fairy dusting of an isolate logo onto a concentrate tub. Manufactured in state of the art, FDA registered facilities in the USA, with best in class ingredients. Read the full standard.
HOW TO TAKE IT
Add one serving, two scoops, to 8 to 12 oz (240 to 355 ml) of cold water and blend or shake thoroughly. Less water for a thicker shake, more for a thinner one. After training or between meals both work, total daily intake matters more than exact timing. Anyone with a dairy sensitivity should start with a half serving and see how it sits.
HOW MUCH PROTEIN DO YOU ACTUALLY NEED PER DAY?
A common target for men who train regularly is roughly 0.7 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day. Needs move with training volume and goals. Most guys can get there from food alone. A shake is the convenient way to close the gap on a day you fall short, not a requirement, and not a substitute for eating properly.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHEY ISOLATE AND WHEY CONCENTRATE?
Isolate is whey that has been filtered further, which strips out more fat and lactose and pushes the protein percentage higher. That extra filtering step is why isolate costs more to produce. Concentrate is less filtered and cheaper, and a lot of budget tubs use concentrate only while marketing themselves as whey protein. This formula is a blend of both, and the label says so.
WHAT IS SOLNUL AND WHY IS IT IN A PROTEIN POWDER?
Solnul is a branded resistant potato starch used as a source of dietary fiber. It is here as the fiber source instead of inulin, the cheap chicory fiber most protein powders use, which is a common cause of gas and bloating. Same job, different ingredient, and a lot easier on most stomachs.
DOES WHEY PROTEIN CAUSE BLOATING?
Usually it is not the whey. Bloating from a protein shake most often comes from lactose sensitivity or from cheap fillers and fiber sources like inulin. This blend uses Solnul resistant potato starch instead of inulin for that reason, and the isolate portion carries less lactose than concentrate. If you have a known dairy sensitivity, introduce any whey product gradually.
